|Payment & Cancellation Policies|
|Please ensure that a reservation number is reflected in all dealings with The Benjamin.|
|A deposit of 50% of the total cost must be paid to secure reservation.
Full and final payment is to be made on/or before the date of arrival. Please note that there are credit card facilities on the premises.
|Should the reservation be cancelled within seven (7) days of the arrival date, we reserve the right to retain 100% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. (21 days in high season)|
|Should the reservation be cancelled within fifteen (15) days or more prior to the arrival date, there will be 50% forfeit of the deposit on cancellation.|
|The Benjamin will not issue any refunds after guest/s have checked in.|
|For non-arrival (no-show) or premature departure, 100% of the total accommodation fee is payable.|
|Should there be any outstanding balances to be paid, this payment needs to be made in full on the day prior to departure.|
|Check-in & Check-out|
|Check-in Time is from 14h00 (2pm) onwards|
|Check-out Time is before 10h00am|
We will contact you to confirm availability as soon as we receive this reservation booking request. This provisional reservation is subject to the terms and conditions as well as payment policies of The Benjamin.
